From dark and closed in to an open and dramatic bathroom spa fitting the lake front location of the home! A large custom glass framed shower and reduced depth linen closet allowed this space to feel more open and spacious. Sparkling solid surface vanity top with integrated sinks was the perfect solution for style and cleanability. The brushed nickel fixtures and hardware add a soft contrast to the space.

A classic and dramatic upgrade!

This beautiful main bathroom features an outstanding style transformation! This total update includes changing the tub/shower into a modern shower with a built-in bench and the single vanity experienced a total upgrade into a double vanity with more storage! The beautiful painted cabinets in the color Marine bring a bold color to the space! The second bathroom featured a full redesign and renovation into a full bathroom! This space features chrome hardware, beautiful matching porcelain elements, luxury vinyl plank to match the main bathroom and a bold, fun wall color!

This bathroom was completely transformed in layout and style! For starters, a recessed walk in accessible shower was desired with two functioning shower spaces, bench seating and tons of storage in niches. A separate accessible toilet closet was built and a double vanity with drawer storage was installed! This monochromatic style was completed with varying sizes and directions of the stunning Kudos Perla Rectified tile in the shower, shower floor, and main bathroom floor. Dark gray Frappe Medallion cabinetry is used to create a dramatic appeal. Sparkling quartz vanity tops with square bowls add a focal point!

In this space you will find stunning celeste blue Medallion cabinets accented with framed cherry cappuccino recessed medicine cabinet mirrors. The shower boasts Emser tile cultura winter stone pebble flooring, technique ivory main tile, and sparkling splash arabesque accent tile. You can’t miss the brushed gold accents that pop against all the materials!

Some hidden gems in this space include heated tile floors, a luxurious towel warmer, and recessed storage!

This shower is a space for relaxation and rejuvenation as it features the Total Wellness Steam Shower Package which includes steam, ceiling rain shower head, wall rain shower head, blue tooth music, and a completely enclosed custom shower door! The tub area features a large stone composite free-standing tub, wooden plantation shutters, and elegant accent lighting. The vanity area features veined quartz countertops, textured subway tile on the wall, LED make up mirror, and plenty of storage in the Medallion Sea Salt Cabinetry.
